Care Team Leader Opportunities at Care UK

We are seeking skilled and compassionate team leaders to join our bank team at Care UK. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising shifts, case managing residents, and ensuring that the best care plans are created and delivered.

Job Description:

As a Care Team Leader, you will work closely with the leadership team to develop services and improve resident outcomes. You will be responsible for leading and supervising staff to ensure high-quality care is provided, collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop effective care plans, and administering and recording medication as required.

Requirements:

  • \
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience\
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills\
  • A proven ability to lead and supervise others\
  • A good understanding of care planning processes and procedures\
  • Experience in administering medication or willingness to undergo training\
  • A natural ability to help make a positive impact on the lives of others\
