At Protocol Education, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment within educational settings. As an Inclusion Room Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our inclusion room.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our pastoral team in Slough. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting students with diverse needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies to promote the social, emotional, and academic development of students. They will work closely with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to develop individualized support plans.

A key aspect of this role is providing guidance and support to students experiencing behavioral challenges. You will promote positive behavior management techniques and maintain accurate records of student progress.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role within an educational setting
  • Knowledge of inclusive practices and strategies for supporting students with SEND
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
