Train Operations Specialist

About Us
">Ganymede Solutions Ltd is a leading organisation in the field of transportation, and we are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our night cleaning team as a Deep Clean Team Member.
">Based at Heaton Depot in Newcastle, this role offers an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of being taken on permanently as the organisation continues to expand its workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring trains meet a high standard of cleanliness before resuming service.
">The Role
">We are looking for someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess experience within a vehicle/industrial or house cleaning environment. The responsibilities include nightly deep cleaning using floor and wall scrubbers and cleaning other interior components.

Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Additionally, you must be comfortable working night shifts (2000-0600) and overtime may be available at management's discretion.
">Salary and Benefits
">The salary for this position is £12.00 per hour on an initial 6-month basis. Candidates who excel during the 6-month contract period will be considered for subsequent permanent positions. ">Working Conditions
">Training is provided covering depot protection, site safety, and cleaning solutions. Work is undertaken in a safety-critical environment so you will be required to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening.
