About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our team at Aviva. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of strategic programmes, driving change that enables Aviva to continuously improve customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influencing and challenging stakeholders, including 3rd parties and regulatory bodies, up to C-suite level.
  • Managing a significant budget of up to £10 million and prioritising activity in line with this.
  • Identifying and managing delivery and operational risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimise impact.
  • Leading a team of up to 100 change professionals in a matrix environment, with experience of managing up to 10 direct reports.
What You'll Get
  • A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
