Mechanical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Manager/Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operation of our main machinery, shaft alignment, props, and engines. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of mechanical technicians, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, and implementing best practices to optimize performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Manage maintenance operations for main machinery, shaft alignment, props, and engines.
- Support Mechanical installation, testing, and commissioning, with a strong track record in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Develop and implement best practices to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Lead a team of mechanical technicians to ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
- Implement and enforce relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing Mechanical installation and safety practices.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of installation best practices and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
- Develop and implement Quality procedures and processes.
- Bachelor's Degree within a relevant discipline.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and coach team members.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
