Job Overview

We are working with a leading main contractor to find a talented Contracts Manager for the Thames Water Framework. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, contract administration, and health and safety protocols. You will work closely with the design and commercial teams to ensure that all projects meet the required specifications and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of multiple projects from concept design to construction completion
  • Contract administration, including review and approval of documentation
  • Health and safety protocols and risk management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in contracts management
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and SMSTS certification
  • Full driving license and ability to travel frequently
