Role Overview

Nigel James Associates Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Team Leader to join their Surrey office. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of financial planners and manage a client portfolio, providing expert advice and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of financial planners to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Network with professional introducers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice to high net worth clients and lead by example.
  • Collaborate with other managers to deliver company-wide objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in managing a team of financial planners.
  • Strong business development skills and a proven track record of driving growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Chartered or Certified qualifications, with Level 4 DipFS as a minimum requirement.
