Job Title: Database Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our Data & Insights team at Tenth Revolution Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and ongoing development of our data estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize our databases using SQL skills
  • Perform backups, disaster recovery planning, and security tasks
  • Build data pipelines using Rivery to get data into our Snowflake data warehouse
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and cleanliness

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in SQL database querying, optimisation, and working with relational data models
  • Experience with various DBA tasks including backups, disaster recovery planning, performance optimisation and security
  • Experience with Snowflake would be beneficial but not essential
  • Experience with Rivery, or other similar ETL tools, would be beneficial
  • Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels

Benefits:

  • Salary up to around £45-50,000 depending on level of experience
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus opportunity to buy additional days
  • Group Life Insurance
  • Pension - 3% employer and 5% employee
