About the Role

We are seeking a talented Property Sales Representative to join our team in Peterborough. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional service to our clients, working closely with vendors to develop strong relationships and generate new business.

About the Job

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure excellent customer service and repeat business.
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through various marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Gain new instructions for properties to market and complete contracts on properties in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Upsell additional products and services to clients, increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare brochures for each property, including photos and written descriptions, to showcase properties to potential buyers.
  • Canvass the local area to identify new business opportunities and promote our services to potential clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Experience as an Estate Agent who is ready to take the next step in their career.
  • A strong ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and good telephone manner.
  • Strong IT skills, including basic Microsoft packages.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
  • We'll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate.

We will also need: Proof of Address, National Insurance, and Drivers Licence Check.
