Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Edenred. As a key member of our Product team, you will work closely with our Lead Business Analyst and Engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers, and Business Stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Assist Product Managers in prioritizing workstreams and ensuring that solutions are aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze and capture internal and external requirements and document them in a clear and concise manner.
  • Propose and agree solutions based on best practice and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate business and technical solution proposals and designs to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Identify potential impacts of changes to existing systems, organization, partners, and clients.
  • Employ structured business analysis techniques when problem-solving and eliciting requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and product walkthroughs with clients and business stakeholders.
  • Refine user stories with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Engineering, and wider Business Analyst team.
  • Collaborate with Test/QA team to ensure test scripts are in line with acceptance criteria of user stories.
  • Produce supporting documentation around processes, static content to support API/Integration documentation, internal or external as required.
  • Collaborate with IT development team both onshore and offshore to maximize value of end products, features, and solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and current stakeholders across the organization, IT Development, and 3rd Parties.

  • Quick learner within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with ability to liaise with all levels and areas of the business.
  • Strong negotiation skills aiding delivery of MVP.
  • Ability to capture requirements and solutions and document them in a clear and concise manner with supporting diagrams.
  • Results-oriented focused on delivering solutions with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work on multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to work with national and international external clients and 3rd parties in a customer-facing business.
  • Experience interacting with development teams both onshore & and offshore on a day-to-day basis in an Agile environment.

Advantageous Skills

  • SQL to retrieve data from databases.
  • Fundamentals of software development lifecycles.
  • Spanish, Portuguese, or French speaking.
  • Experience in the payments, banking, or financial services.
  • Story writing in BDD.
  • Experience working within an agile environment.
  • System integration concepts such as REST APIs, webhooks, etc.
  • Project tools like JIRA, visualization tools like PowerPoint, Visio, or similar.
