At Greencore, we're looking for a dedicated Occupational Health Specialist to join our team in Worksop. As an expert in health surveillance, you'll ensure our colleagues' well-being is prioritized across two manufacturing sites.

About the Role

  • Undertake health surveillance on all colleagues, adhering to risk assessment legislation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of medical records in accordance with business guidelines and NMC regulations.

Requirements

  1. Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), with successful revalidation every three years.
  2. Experience in occupational health, preferably in food manufacturing.
  3. A passion for public health and wellbeing, with interest in pursuing SCPHN qualification in occupational health.
  4. Familiarity with NMC Code of Professional Conduct and relevant data protection legislation.
  5. Strong knowledge base of health promotion and workplace safety.
