Disability Assessment Specialist

As a Disability Analyst, you will play a critical role in determining the level of support an individual requires due to their disability or illness. You will work closely with our teams to assess customer needs and provide clear, concise reports that inform decision-making at the DWP.
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed clinicians who can work in a fast-paced environment, using their RGN/RMN/RNLD or Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Paramedic skills to deliver high-quality assessments. In return, we offer a competitive salary of around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.
The training program includes over 100 hours of CPD protected per annum, revalidation support, and the opportunity to develop your career within the organisation.
