Your responsibilities will include leading Pricing Projects and Development for the Retail team, focusing on the full breadth of Retail products. You will need to have a deep understanding of performance indicators and deliver frequent, effective, and innovative actions using data, commercialism, experience, and judgement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage data and insights to drive informed pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver key projects.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to support Retail products.
What we offer:
- Salary range: £95,000-£120,000 per annum, dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Bonus opportunity – 12% of annual salary, based on performance and Aviva's targets.
- Generous pension scheme: up to 14% employer contribution.
