Role Overview

As a key member of the York Campus Nursery team, you will provide administrative support to our Nursery Manager and Deputy, ensuring the smooth operation of the business. This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills in administrative and financial duties, working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Nursery Manager and Deputy, including day-to-day administrative functions.
  • Assist with financial systems and accounting practices, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Develop strong customer service and communication skills to liaise with parents on various administration matters.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.

Working Arrangements

The working pattern will be Monday to Friday, 08:00-13:00, with 25 hours per week. This is a fixed-term contract until July 2025.
