Nurse Position

• Deliver high standards of patient care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients are met.
• Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement person-centred care plans.
• Administer medication and monitor patient records accurately and thoroughly.
• Lead a team of carers and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
• Liaise with external professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Nurse qualified (ideally RGN or RMN qualified).
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
• A clean DBS and good references.
• Awareness of core care standards required to work within a nursing home setting.
• Ideal experience within a nursing home background.
• Exceptional standards and a willingness to put the care of our residents at the forefront of everything you do.
• A professional attitude and a commitment to your work.
• Reliable and committed to your nursing, with the ability to evidence strong personal standards.
• Experience of caring for people with dementia.
