Nurse Position

• Deliver high standards of patient care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients are met.
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including progress notes and medication administration records.
• Lead and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Liaise with external professionals, including doctors, therapists, and other healthcare providers, to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) and current registration with the NMC.
• Strong clinical skills and experience in a nursing home setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
• DBS clearance and good references.
