About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Compliance Expert to join our passenger car team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that will play a crucial role in shaping our market presence.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Product Manager and serve as the interface between the European Product compliance department and Local Product department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure business continuity within RHD markets (UK, Ireland, Malta, Cyprus) by ensuring the entire product offer complies with all relevant legislation.
  • Organize and execute the necessary steps for car registrations.
  • Independently handle homologation and compliance projects.
  • Prepare official documentation and support in the approval process.
  • Monitor end-of-series derogations where appropriate.
  • Remain up-to-date and provide expert advice on relevant regulations.
  • Support local projects and product specialists with matters related to relevant regulations.
  • Manage the Individual Vehicle Approval (IVA) process where necessary.
  • Identify specific local requirements for insurance ratings to ensure our products meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the European Product compliance department and Local Product department to ensure national requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and industry associations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Relevant experience and in-depth knowledge of national and European legislation and regulations concerning homologation-related topics.
  • Expertise in the legal aspects of vehicle registration.
  • Experience in preparing and submitting homologation documentation, technical reports, and compliance materials.
  • Motor industry experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • High degree of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 25 days' paid holiday and public holidays. You will also have opportunities for professional development and career growth.
