Strategic Events Coordinator Role

CK Group is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Events Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is hybrid, with 2/3 days expected on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive meeting strategy aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and key business initiatives.
  • Facilitate the alignment of all meeting content and agendas, ensuring they support organizational goals and priorities.
  • Partner with brand teams to bring their vision and desired experiences to life for annual and launch meetings.
  • Manage and oversee the budget for internal meetings, including new sales training, to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  • Develop and manage the new employee onboarding experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (desirable), preferably in a similar coordination or event management role.
  • 5 years of experience in event planning, meeting coordination, or project management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of best practices in meeting management and internal communications.
