We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pub Manager to join our team at The White Hart in Whaley Bridge.
As a Pub Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the pub, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the pub is operating efficiently and profitably.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the pub's operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the pub.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions about resource allocation.

What We Offer:

Requirements:
