Sleeping Giant Media is a multi-award-winning digital marketing agency with clients across the UK and Europe. We're looking for an Associate Account Director to join our team.

The successful candidate will be a strategist, a Sleeping Giant Media brand ambassador, and an effective project manager.

You lead, develop and understand digital strategies for our clients, and ensure they are delivered to an exceptional standard by working effectively with all teams in the department.

You are also capable of communicating Search (SEO/PPC/Content) related material to a high level. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients' accounts across multiple industries. You'll be supported in developing responsibility for a team of Strategic Account Managers.
Oversee external KPI targets and ensure they are met monthly, being accountable for performance.

Client communication from team recommendations to requests from the clients themselves, ensuring they meet best practices and align with their digital strategy and goals.

Create strategic digital roadmaps to achieve buy-in with any or all client contacts needed.
Support client strategy development for clients your Senior Account Managers are responsible for.
A passion & aptitude for Digital Marketing.
Proven track record managing client requirements, including both planning and managing multi-disciplinary campaigns, and also ad-hoc work.
Can support the creation of sales collateral as required & attend relevant pitch meetings.
Is highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and dynamic priorities while meeting deadlines.
Communicates complex concepts clearly and effectively, both in writing and presentations.
Both written and spoken English to a high standard.
Prioritisation, time and workload management.
Evidenced passion for working in the digital marketing industry essential.TOGETHER
