Brewery Technician

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our facilities team at Carlsberg Marston's Brewing Company Limited in Northampton. This is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract role that offers a great opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in the brewing industry.

About the Role:

• Lead the Utilities Team to analyse and improve utilities usage across the brewery, reducing costs and enhancing efficiency.
• Collaborate with the U&E Manager to implement CAPEX projects related to utilities and environmental initiatives, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Develop and manage the current utilities management system to guarantee seamless operations and continuous improvement.
• Drive utility KPIs and lead the Utilities Team to achieve them through effective process optimisation.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process optimisation techniques to streamline brewery operations and improve quality.
• Train and mentor Engineers and apprentices in SAP usage and best practices.

What We Are Looking For:

• Extensive experience in a similar role within a FMCG company.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and data analysis.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, and deliver results in a complex FMCG environment.
• Experience in managing CAPEX projects, budgets, and resources.
• Advanced excel skills, data analysis experience, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid working rights within the UK.
