About the Role

Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced and committed Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to service users
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and activities
  • Managing challenging behaviors and promoting a positive environment
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Managing challenging behaviors

Desirable Skills:

  • Catheter Care
  • Parkinson's Experience

Working Hours:

  • Full Time & Part Time Days available 2-3 shifts per week
  • 7am – 7pm
  • Part Time Nights 2 shifts per week
  • 7pm - 7am
  • Alternate Weekends are needed for this position

Pay Rates:

  • Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (Approx. £156 per 12-hour shift)
  • Weeknights: £13.50 per hour (Approx. £162 per 12-hour shift)
  • Weekends: £14.00 per hour (Approx. £168.00 per 12-hour shift)
  • Bank Holidays: £16.00 per hour (Approx. £192.00 per 12-hour shift)
