About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Hales Home Care. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their health, well-being, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with their personal care routines, including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs
  • Ensure adequate grocery supplies and assist with meal preparation
  • Help individuals take their medication and engage in light domestic tasks
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals in their own homes
