Our People & Organisational Development Division of the PTA has multiple exciting opportunities available within our Learning & Organisational Development Branch. We are seeking applications from highly organised individuals, who use their initiative and can successfully manage the competing demands of a dynamic, fast paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake effective coordination of learning and development functions, programs and projects including the facilitation of Induction programs.
  • Apply highly developed computer skills and records management experience in undertaking reporting, quality assurance checks and audits of team processes.
  • Draw on leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with the team, stakeholders and customers.
  • Utilise analytical and problem solving skills to identify, drive and implement business improvements.
