About the Role:
As a Community Nurse Specialist, you will work as a lone practitioner visiting patients in their own homes, administering intravenous medications, including parenteral nutrition and outpatient antibiotic therapies. You will also conduct home risk assessments to ensure suitability for clinical procedures and empower patients/carers to manage their own care independently.
