The successful candidate will have recent experience in complex care, preferably in the community, and be committed to a person-centred approach. A strong understanding of Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and Autism is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing tailored support to adults with complex Autism and EUPD
- Working closely with our care team to deliver high-quality care
- Developing and implementing person-centred care plans
Salary: £40 P/H
Hours: 12 Hour Day and Night Shifts
Location: Farnborough
