Senior Town Planner Job Description:
">We are seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner to join our team in Newcastle. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be responsible for working on various projects nationwide, progressing your career and knowledge in town planning while assisting in the delivery of exceptional services.
">The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the planning system, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills. They should also be a competent user of Microsoft 365 products and have experience working towards chartership MRTPI.

">- Work on a variety of projects nationwide
- Progress your career and knowledge in town planning
- Assist in the delivery of exceptional services
Requirements:
">- RTPI accredited degree or relevant degree
- Chartered MRTPI or committed to achieving RTPI chartership MRTPI
- 2 - 5 years experience
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills (verbally and written form)
- Good understanding of the planning system
- Commercial awareness
- Competent user of Microsoft 365 products

">- Estimated salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on experience
