Main Job Purpose:

The Spicerhaart group is the UK's leading Independent Estate Agency business. We are investing in the future of Estate Agency and Partnerships with high-flying individuals.

As an Estate Agency Business Developer, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area. This includes making decisions on targeted marketing/canvassing, developing business contacts with local constituencies to further referrals and the Estate Agency network.

You will use a super hub office nearby to value and convert market appraisal opportunities, along with the help of a healthy marketing budget. You will then convert these properties to instructions, overseeing the instructions to completion while utilizing the nearby hub office for sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff to deal with the day-to-day running of the customer journey once the property is on the market.

This is an exciting and unique role within the property sector. We are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of Estate Agency experience who want the opportunity and responsibility to run their own area in an employed environment, with the flexibility of working from home as well as in an office environment.

Eligibility:

  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
  • Evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of a passport or birth certificate.

  • National Insurance.
