About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Thetford, Norfolk. This is a full-time role that involves working a variety of shifts, including early mornings, daytimes, evenings/twilights, and some nights.

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Management team to ensure that the warehouse, fill levels, and stock control are maintained to provide the highest store standards for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment and possess effective communication and organisational skills. You will also need to be able to think on your feet and have a flexible approach with a 'can do' attitude.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 10% store discount across all B&M & Heron Foods stores, access to our exclusive colleague benefits portal, and wellbeing support through our Employee Assistance Programme.
