About the Role

Curo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Coordinator to join our team. As a Lettings Coordinator, you will be responsible for comprehensive lettings administration, from processing move-out notices to seamlessly handing over properties to new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process move-out notices and coordinate the handover of properties to new customers
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of lettings activity
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with the Lettings Team to achieve team targets
  • Utilize our in-house case management QL system and other software tools to efficiently manage tasks

Requirements

  • Strong administration skills and experience working in a busy team environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities
  • High standard of attention to detail
