Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales Representative to join our fast-growing company. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving KIKI Health forward by introducing new clients to our brand, building initial relationships, and growing our B2B customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce our brand and products.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our brand, ethos, market positioning, and product range.
  • Proactively continue learning with up-to-date product and service knowledge.
  • Develop an understanding of our industry and market trends.
  • Work closely with our UK account manager and business development manager to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the onboarding of new business from initial conversation to the generation of the first sale.
  • Effectively transition newly opened accounts to our UK account manager.
  • Build rapport with potential clients to establish a positive and professional relationship, helping to gain trust in KIKI Health and convert leads to positive new sales.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of prior experience in B2B telesales, ideally in our industry and market sector.
  • Proven track record of sales and achievement of sales targets.
  • Knowledge of how to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and enroll new clients.
  • Computer and database literate.
  • Ability to make a high volume of telephone calls.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Resilient and driven, with a positive approach.
  • Tactful and gentle persuasion skills to influence potential clients without being forceful or aggressive.
