Residential Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care home for older adults in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dementia care and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding care outcomes

Requirements:

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older adult or dementia care
  • Strong staff management and leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
