About the Role

Mtjoy is seeking a highly skilled Carpenter Multi to join our dynamic team at the Hampshire Hub. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality construction, refurbishment, and maintenance services across the south of England.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trade-related repair requests.
  • Ensure the quality of work meets the highest possible standards.
  • Respond swiftly to emergency situations and resolve them efficiently.
  • Undertake work efficiently and cost-effectively, minimizing non-productive time wherever possible.
  • Apply applicable Health & Safety rules in all work, using risk assessments, method statements, and PPE when required.
  • Be willing to work out of hours, if required, to meet client and customer needs.

Requirements

  • A trade-specific qualification minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry.
  • Competence in two other secondary skills.
  • Full current driving license.
  • Over 3 years' trade experience, ideally in the residential repairs sector.
  • Good knowledge of residential Building Regulations.
  • Previous experience of kitchen installations, including 1st and 2nd Fix.
