Housekeeper Role in Bristol

We are seeking a skilled Domestic Support Worker to join our team at Approved Premises in Bristol. The successful candidate will provide support for women returning to the community after serving time in prison or with a residential requirement as part of a community sentence.

Competitive Salary Package
  • The annual salary for this role is £23,088 - £23,550 (pro rata), with opportunities for annual review and career progression.

About the Job

This part-time position involves working 21 hours per week in the Bristol area, requiring experience within a residential setting, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform specialist and general cleaning tasks to prescribed standards and in accordance with the work schedule.
  • Identify and report health and safety risks to the Manager.
  • Maintain heavy-duty cleaning equipment and procedures, their use and maintenance.
  • Clean and store equipment and machinery securely along with materials.
  • Adhere to policy on protective clothing and safe methods when lifting and handling.
