Job Title: Team Administrator Planning Team

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Planning Team as a Team Administrator in our Birmingham office.

As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and technical support to our team of 10 planners, ensuring the smooth operation of our planning services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing full administrative support to the planning team, including diary management, meeting arrangements, and typing and formatting of letters, reports, and emails.
  • Raising fee invoices and managing the team's billing process, including project and team-wide fee spreadsheets.
  • Preparing the team's weekly work list schedule in advance of weekly team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administration and time management skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Accurate typing skills.
  • Highly numerate and comfortable with managing financial spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Resilient personality and ability to get on with others.
