Psychiatric Specialty Doctor

A leading hospital in a prime location is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Specialty Doctor to play a key role in the development of a service specializing in the support of females with acute mental health care needs.
The hospital offers a person-centered approach and has invested heavily in state-of-the-art technology to spearhead a new approach to psychotherapies. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice, as well as the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Code of Capacity.
Key responsibilities include interviewing, assessing, and treating patients, as well as writing clear and comprehensive medical notes. The successful candidate will work closely with the CMO to care for patients referred to the unit from local NHS trusts and those further afield.
