Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Clinician for Corneal Care. The successful candidate will have extensive clinical experience in ophthalmic nursing, with a strong focus on providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive assessments and treatment plans for patients undergoing corneal procedures
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Developing and implementing evidence-based practice guidelines
- Mentoring and educating junior staff members
- Promoting research and audit initiatives to improve patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse/Midwife/AHP qualification
- Post-basic specialist qualification relevant to the specialty
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Extensive clinical experience in ophthalmology
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £63,000 per annum
