About the Role

We are seeking a highly committed and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Patrington Church of England Primary Academy and Easington Church of England Primary Academy. The successful candidate will work part-time, 18 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday during school term time, and will be responsible for supporting children with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with special educational needs in a classroom setting
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Provide individualized support to children with SEN
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
  • Work collaboratively with a range of professionals to ensure the best care and education for children
Requirements
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
  • Positive behavior management skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work independently
  • Relevant qualification or experience in a related field
