Nights Care Support Manager

**Role Overview:**
As a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a key role in supporting the clinical team and delivering person-centred care to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience, with ongoing training and development opportunities available.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants.
- Support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
**Salary and Benefits:**
A competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus our sector-leading benefits and rewards package including free training, wellbeing support and retail discounts.
**Requirements:**
An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. A warm and compassionate approach, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
