Senior Night Care Coordinator

**Job Description:**
We are recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant to join our Nights team at Barchester Healthcare in Kettering. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the clinical team, delivering person-centred care and promoting independence among our residents.
**Key Requirements:**
- An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
