About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Paediatric Emergency Department at Wythenshawe Hospital. As a key member of our senior nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the leadership of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the leadership of the department and coordination of high-quality care within the clinical environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve the best patient outcomes and deliver the highest standard of care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior staff members.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 2 years post-qualifying experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
