We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Halliburton Energy Services. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize expertise in specific aspects of our technology and services portfolio to educate customers, operations, and business development teams on features, advantages, and benefits of our solution offerings.
- Accountable for delivery execution, utilizing a detailed knowledge base of specific sub-PSL products, services, and solutions to identify technical needs of customers and provide technical recommendations to business development teams.
- Establish strategic direction in the work area through clear understanding of local customer business drivers and technical challenges, and execute up-sell strategies within a geography of responsibility.
- Maintain an overview of the external market and Halliburton's marketing strategies by collaborating with the PSL, Region/Country Business Development, Account and Tech Teams to identify opportunities to grow profitable revenue.
- Provide input to PSL technology project priorities through understanding of the market, customer needs, and technology gaps within the geographic customer base.
- Execute tactical action plans as set by Country management team.
- Thorough understanding of the supported sub-PSL's technology and broad understanding of the associated development tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy services industry, preferably as a field professional.
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering or related discipline.
