Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Drive store sales and profit growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to create a positive and inclusive store environment that reflects the Hotel Chocolat brand values.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a luxury brand or high-end retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
