Job Title: Electrical Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining new plant and equipment, ensuring that plant faults and defects are swiftly rectified.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. React to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLA's.
  2. Technical awareness of computer room/call centre/trader operations and experience of power, UPS, CPS, distribution, cooling etc.
  3. Test and diagnose power quality issues including harmonic distortion using onsite power analysers.
  4. Able to apply a risk focused maintenance approach and operations of plant and systems in data centres/critical environments.
  5. Provide emergency response standby, call out.
  6. Escalate urgent issues identified through to the Technical Services Manager.
  7. Responsibility for ensuring all critical related engineering maintenance documentation & records is kept updated.
  8. Advise the Facilities Management Team of changes in critical environment requirements.
  9. Undertake site surveys & produce Works Requests, Method Statements & Risk Assessments for planned works.
  10. Ensure completion of all reactive Helpdesk Requests.
  11. Ensure that financial processes are adhered to at all times.
  12. Review and submit to the Technical Services Manager ensuring all actions are documented reviewed and completed.
Requirements:
  1. 17 or 18 Edition IEE: Wiring & Installation.
  2. 2394 / 2395 electrical testing and inspection.
  3. Previous experience within building maintenance and multi tenanted commercial buildings.
  4. Experience of working within a team in a commercial environment.
  5. Valid UK driving licence.
