Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Skilled Careers. As a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out PPM/Reactive maintenance to the electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out PPM Reactive maintenance on Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings and compressors

• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Chillers

• Re-set BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds etc)

• Ensuring log books are kept up to date Escorting specialist sub contractors

• Assisting other engineers

• Offering technical support

Requirements:

• 18th Edition

• City & Guilds – electrically qualified – level 2 & 3

• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)

• A proven track record in commercial or High end residential building maintenance

• An understanding of commercial building maintenance

• Multi-skilled

• Good communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills
