We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as a Head of Sustainability and Corporate Governance. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our sustainability strategy, ensuring compliance with evolving legislation and industry standards, and representing the company at industry events and working groups.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that drives cultural change and maximizes reuse opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and evolving legislation
- Lead activities related to RGC (Recycling, Reuse, and Circularity) to drive sustainability and reduce waste
- Manage data collection and reporting for internal and external sustainability purposes
- Champion industry best practices and stay ahead of industry trends

Requirements:
- A relevant technical or business degree with a focus on sustainability or environmental management
- Expertise in environmental regulations and sustainability frameworks
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in team management and project delivery
- Analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings effectively
- Commitment to delivering results-driven projects that meet stakeholder expectations

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: From £55,000 per annum
- Performance-Based Bonus: Up to 20% based on performance
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Including pension scheme, life assurance, and private healthcare
- Flexible Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Thursday, 9 am - 3 pm on Fridays
