Head of Admissions

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Admissions team across our schools. As the primary point of contact for prospective parents, you will be well-informed about our school, responding to queries promptly and attending events with parents and feeder schools.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a robust admissions strategy to shape the student body
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Represent the schools at events, manage the admissions process, and monitor targets
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Chief Finance Officer to oversee the Registrar and a team of admissions staff
- A competitive salary of up to £55,000 a year, based on experience
- Generous holiday entitlement up to 40 days, including bank holidays (pro rata for part-time roles)

Haberdashers' Elstree Schools are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful candidate will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service enhanced check. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and the School is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions (including those which are 'spent' unless they are 'protected' under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.
