Role: Head of Admissions
Reporting to: Director of Marketing, Communications, and Admissions
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Admissions to lead the Admissions team across our schools. The successful candidate will be well-informed about our school, responding to queries and attending events with parents and feeder schools.
The Head of Admissions will play a pivotal role in shaping the student body by executing a robust admissions strategy, developing relationships with recruitment streams, and growing connections with feeder schools. They will represent the schools at events, manage the admissions process, monitor targets, and adapt strategies as needed.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in admissions, either within the independent schools' sector or from a customer-facing, sales-related environment, with a deep understanding of the London education market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Admissions team across our schools.
- Develop relationships with recruitment streams and feeder schools.
- Represent the schools at events and manage the admissions process.
- Monitor targets and adapt strategies as needed.
Working with Us:
- We offer a salary of up to £55,000 a year, based on experience.
- Generous holiday entitlement up to 40 days including bank holidays (pro rata for part time roles).
