We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Equipment Specialist to join our team at Clarity Recruiting Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, with experience in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of forklift trucks.

About the Role:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of forklift trucks, including electric, diesel, and LPG-powered models.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and explaining the work performed.
  • On-Site Visits: Travel to various client locations to provide on-site support, including emergency breakdown assistance and scheduled maintenance.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service and repair work, including parts used and time spent.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering.
  • Experience in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of forklift trucks.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • The ability to travel to various client locations.
