Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the payroll function for the Authority, ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes.

Main Accountabilities
  1. Lead and manage the Payroll and Benefits Team to deliver high standards of customer service.
  2. Ensure all payroll administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time, aligning with Financial Regulations and terms and conditions.
  3. Verify that all authorized payments to employees are processed correctly and efficiently, with timely transfers to the correct account.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
